"Water-color" Background - Tutorial

I have had a large amount of request on how I do this technique.  I promised a tutorial so here it is!  Back in 2012 I was messing around with my Copics and discovered a fun technique of which I currently use ALL the time.  I think you will enjoy this technique for many applications.  I know the image looks small but if you right-click on the image you can save to your computer and enlarge to see better. - Enjoy!
