Tip Top High Top!

I shared the shoes a few days ago but now I placed them on this simple card.  I found the image somewhere online and for the life of me I can not find the place to give credit where credit is due....So I will post the JPG here for you to grab.  If anyone finds the owner please let me know so I can credit them.
