Ho Ho Ho

And here is another fun card made for Dustin Pikes challenge.  Remember all you have to do is make a Christmas card using one of the Doodledragon images and link to his blog HERE.

This one is quick and simple.  I wonder is Santa is running around naked right now?  Surely he must have a backup set of clothes.

Life Just got Smaller

Yes, life just got smaller...when your playing with Wee Scapes fun stuff.  Wee Scapes and Stampendous are joining their amazing products and this is what my brain came up with.

Stampendous stumbled upon the Simi Creative booth at CHA and a creative light went on.  Their Wee Scapes Collection of miniatures plants, surfaces like asphalt, grass and turf, and floral brought up all kinds of ideas and from there we just went crazy.

I used a clear quart pail and covered it with Wee Scapes ground cover.  I added Stampendous Color Fragments to the top and front of the pail.  I added the large butterflies from cling Jumbo Butterfly Trio to add action to the pail by placing them on a small strip of Acetate.  I stuffed the pail with old grape vine bark and added a battery operated candle to the inside for a faint flicker of a campfire within the pail.  I colored up the fairies from the stamp Fairy Garden and attached them to the vines.  Wee Scapes has fun tiny flowers, trees and bushes just perfect for train scenery...but oh so much fun for my project!

Here are so close ups for you do drool over.

New Release - Stampendous Day 5

And the suspense is killing you want to see more?  Here is little Ms. Tutu Toads main man.

I colored him using E31 E35 E57 E79 on white card stock and cut him out.  I did this so when I used my blender pen to remove some ink for the toad bumps they would stand out more  Then I placed him on Kraft paper.  I left his tag blank so that those taking my class can add there own sentiment when ready to give the card away.  This was such a fun card to color.

I just love him so much.  He is the perfect size to color too.  His name is Sir Toad (for reals).  I layered him onto the NEW Bicycle Background stamp.  Isnt this yummy?  BTW...another card for my class.

Everything New can be seen HERE or look through the catalog HERE

The image us called Single Butterfly (duh)

See you tomorrow with more new images

And of course, you can browse the catalog (all of the catalogs come as cool flippy books and are on the Stampendous website at the bottom of the home page)
