Cherish Happiness

I had fun with this image by Stampendous.  I got to play with glossy paper and it responds a bit different then paper that allows the Copics to "soak" in.  You really are just applying the ink to the top  layer.  I used my airbrush to give it the textured look.  When I was done I colored in the roses using more of a dabbing motion.  As you can see there is not a lot of contrast in the flowers as copics do not blend well on glossy paper when applying direct marker to paper.  I still was happy with the results.  this is another technique to play with when using a different type of paper then what you are used to.

Stampendous Bark Embossing Powder

Stamp image twice on glossy cardstock
Airbrush one image
Color flowers on second image
Spritz with alcohol
Layer onto two blue image mats
pop up onto pattern paper using foam tape
layer onto blue mat
Add Brads
place on card base
Emboss sentiment
Cut down, ink edges and layer onto blue sentiment mat
pop up onto card
